- After that the details of the family have to be filled, then touch next to the name of the person for whom Ayushman card is to be made. OTP will be sent to the registered mobile of the concerned person. After that after filling each detail the details of the applicant will open.
- After this, photo, date of birth and other information will have to be uploaded.
- Finally submit final then your card will be ready.
